RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) - This rate is considering the total number of calories that are burned when our body is resting which means that it is supporting circulating of the blood, breathing, some other body functions, and more.

EMR (Exercise Metabolic rate) - This one is considering a TEST which is designed to determine our VO2max and that is considering a measure of overall aerobic fitness which the rate of percentage of burned calories.

Steak and grains curry would give a good amount of protein and is full of nutrition. Boiled rice will make a suitable combo of light carbs with the proteins and vegetables will give good amount of vitamins to the body.

So this dinner will give a healthy balanced diet to the people over for dinner.
