Yes, I believe that the United States shares some of the responsibly over what is happening in Yemen because United states of America is a superpower and this is its duty to maintain peace in the world through dialogue as well as the use of military. If the United States of America take steps to stop the terrorisms in Yemen on its initial stage so the Yemen is now will be a peaceful and prosperous country so I think the United States of America is some what responsible about the current situation of Yemen.
