19th-Century Expectations

In both North America and Europe in the 19th century, women and men were expected to fill separate spheres of society. Men were expected to live a public life, whether it was working in a factory or socializing with like-minded men in public places, like clubs, meetings, or bars. On the other hand, women were usually expected to live their lives at home, taking care of the cooking, cleaning, and child rearing. Free time for women was not supposed to be spent socializing but doing other things related to the maintenance of the family, from sewing socks to laundry.

Ordinary life is a worthy subject for fine art.
svlad2 [7]
The effectiveness of this piece of art demonstrates the worth of ordinary life by portraying a normal day of a girl sitting in a blue armchair, lying down with her dog in a second airmchair to her left. This painting shapes the naturality of the children which is the signature of the painter and a demosntration of fine art with something common in a child's life

Answer:

Lawlessness and disorder.

Explanation:

Shere Khan is the main villain from Rudyard Kipling's set of stories "The jungle book". Khan is a tiger who disrespects the laws of the jungle by hunting outside of his territory, attacking and killing humans, plotting his way into becoming the ruler of the jungle scheming against other animals and turning them one against each other. He doesn't seem concerned about breaking the laws if that achieves his goal. Some interpreters of Kipling's work suggest that Shere Khan represents imperialistic countries and their manner of behavior towards their colonies.
