Question

For my EN092 class, we were given a take home quiz that is due November 7th and it counts as a test grade. For the take home quiz I have to write a paragraph about my passions/hobbies. My writing teacher wants the following ten concepts in the paper Prepositional phrases, gerund phrase, infinitive phrase, appositive phrase, relative clause, Independent and Dependent clause, semicolon with no use of a coordinating conjunction, coordinating conjunction, conjunctive adverb, and Dependent and Independent clause. I can give a sample of my paragraph so far. I just need to know if I am on the right track and if not what do I need to do to fix my paragraph and earn a high grade.
When I was thirteen or fourteen years old, I discovered my love of comic books and graphic novels. I would save what little money I had and buy books I became completely obsessed. I find it fun and relaxing to read about fictional worlds and the interesting characters in them, I would get lost in the world of makebelieve. I am constantly looking for more books to purchase and add to my collection. My comic collection has been the only constant thing in my life for the past several years. Although, I tend to spend a lot of money on this passion of mine; I still enjoy the peace that it brings to me.
