12,11,13,12,15,16, and 14 hours will then be: 11, 12, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16.

The median will be gotten using the formula: = (n + 1) / 2

= (n + 1) / 2

= (7 + 1) / 2

= 8/2

= 4th number

Since 13 is the 4th number, it's the median
