A)if an area is having a resource then the people around it or near it will access it more which can lead to end of the resource.so there should be rule to use equal resource by everyone
B) sometimes when there is a drought or phenomena in living area so people living there might face issues with the resources they had and now they are gone.so right thing is to move from that place to ankther place where there is resources
C)in areas that are near to desert or hilly areas might not have enough resources near them. so that may cause people to spent money to bring that resources near them or energy waste will be there.so in that cases they should either renovate that place for living or not to live there.
