For question 1 and 2, you should keep in mind that the sum of all angles in a triangle is 180°. 1. If the measure of one angle of a triangle is 90 degrees, you can assume that the sum of the other two triangles should be 90 degrees. Because

180 - 90 = 90

The sum of the three angles of any triangle is equal to 180 degrees.

Angle 2=127 because 180-53=127.

Angle 3=23 because 180-30-127=53

Angle 1=37 because 90-53=37

Angle 4=90

Angle 1+4=127

The measure of ∠1 is 125° .

Next x+64=110. The reason why you can do this is because ∠R is going to be an opposite interior angle. Subtract 64 from the left and right sides. x=46

One month, the price of gas was $1.44. The next month the price of gas was $2.40. What was the approximate percent of increase f
Lapatulllka [165]
Step 1:
Find the difference between the two numbers.
$2.40-$1.44= $0.96

Step 2:
Divide by the original number.
$0.96/1.44= 0.667

Step 3:
Multiply by 100 to find percent increase.
0.667 * 100= 66.7% rounded to one decimal place or 67% rounded

Hope this helped! :)

What is the answer to x+a=3/4
Elza [17]
X can equal 2/4
a can equal 1/4

Or x can equal 1/4
and a can equal 2/4

Or x can equal -2/4
And a can equal 5/4

There's a series of values so just pick one set above unless you need the others.
