The main conflict in this story is the person vs society. Rosaura is facing the struggles of her place in the world, while she is stuck being poor surrounded by rich friends. Her first struggle is fighting against her mother to let her go to Luiana’s party.

Prolonged stressing causes mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.
It causes physical illnesses such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, heart attacks, heart disease, and strokes.

Ways to distress are things like exercising, eating healthy, meditate, take a deep breath in and out, and find a hobby that helps you distress. Also I would full heartedly recommend watching Bob Ross.
