Fewer injuries is the main component in health benefits for regular flexibility exercises. Once you can withstand a certain amount of strength and flexibility in your body, then your body can go through physical stress without you feeling extremely hurt. When you perform regular flexibility exercises, your body's strength increases. Your muscles will have the right amount of tension as you being more flexible. Last but not least, your posture and balance increases a lot. You will begin to see a change in the way you do daily activities. For example, sitting down at your desk in school is going to change drastically. There are many other components to when it comes to performing regular flexibility exercise, but these are the top three.
