Answer:

$4.52 /ticket

Step-by-step explanation:

There are 3 type of ticket here:

721 pcs of no reward tricker

12 pcs of $20 reward

1 pcs of $116 reward

Total reward that need to be by the shelter will be: 721*0$ + 12* $20 + 1*$116= $356

Total number of ticket that the shelter sell will be 721 +12 +1= 734 tickets

The shelter sell 734 tickets at 5$ per ticket so their total earnings will be: 734* 5$= 3670$

The total revenue will be 3670$ -$356= $3314

If there are 734 tickets sold, then revenue per ticket=  $3314 /732=  $4.52 /ticket

A 35-foot tall pole is leading towards a building. To stop the pole from leaning
Lapatulllka [165]

9514 1404 393

Answer:

  38.5°

Step-by-step explanation:

You are given all three side lengths of the relevant triangle, so the Law of Cosines can be used to find any desired angle. If we call the desired angle C, then that law tells you ...

  C = arccos((a² +b² -c²)/(2ab))

where a and b are the triangle side lengths adjacent to the angle of interest, and c is the side opposite. Here, 'a' and 'b' are the pole and cable lengths, and 'c' is the distance of the stake from the pole.

  C = arccos((35² +48² -30²)/(2·35·48)) = arccos(2629/3360)

  C ≈ 38.515°

The cable makes an angle of about 38.5° with the pole.

What is the simplest form of the expression -2x^2(x+5)+x(2x^2-10x)+x
Softa [21]
For this case we have the following expression:
 -2x ^ 2 (x + 5) + x (2x ^ 2-10x) + x
 Rewriting we have:
 -2x ^ 3 - 10x ^ 2 + 2x ^ 3 - 10x ^ 2 + x
 Grouping terms with the same exponent:
 x ^ 3 (-2 + 2) + x ^ 2 (-10 - 10) + x
 -20x ^ 2 + x
 Rewriting:
 x (-20x + 1)
 Answer:

The simple form of the expression is:

x (-20x + 1)
