A few consequences are the Great Exchange, Slavery, and many wars between Europeans and Native Americans.

Explanation:

Due to diseases that never originally reached the America's was suddenly introduced, almost all of the Native American population died. Slavery was also used as a quick way to exploit a colony by using forced labor that was cheap and accessible, though the slave trade switched from mostly Native Americans to Africans since African slaves didn't die of European disease. Also, many Native Americans, and eventually, Africans, resisted European control, sometimes succeeding.
