Are words even real is anything we as humans taught real in life is it lies please answer with your own thoughts

Honestly words are just sounds that we make, I mean your own name, what you respond to is just a sound assigned to you at birth by your parents. And tbh a lot of things we learn could be lies like I mean there are so many thoughts and answers that contradict each other. Especially with religion and what happens in life after death even if you believe in a life after death. It’s such a weird concept to think about things and life and in a way words aren’t real and everything is a lie, half the time I think to myself that my life is a lie

Technically, everything we know was made up by our own minds. We thought of it all. We decided that the color of the sky would be called "blue" and not "doorknob". Education is a continuous cycle that never stops progressing.
