Answer 1 the growing human population on earth is causing habitat destruction because as the human population grows the human needs will increase for example the need of house the need of jobs the need of livelihood so, we will destruct the habitat of animals,plants and everything. best example for this is the clearing of forests. forest are cleared for construction of buildings homes etc...

Answer 2 yes habitat destruction can cause species to become extinct because we are destroyingtheir habitat as we need a suitable surrounding to live to survive they too need that.....
