Answer:

Y = 10x

Y = 100 + 0.30x

Y = 50 + 1x

Y = 15 + 0.12x

Step-by-step explanation

1. let y sub so since it is a rate of 10 you know y=10

2. car rental has $100 already and since there is the other number you put y=100+0.30

3. same thing as 2

4. same ting as 2

Can anyone solve part C?
nlexa [21]

Answer:

y - 7 = 4(x - 35)

Step-by-step explanation:

The fundamental theorem of calculus states that:

\frac{d}{dx} \int\limits^x_a {f(t)} \, dt = f(x).

So using the fundamental theorem of calculus, you can find that h'(x) = f(x).

The question tells you that f(x) is periodic with a period of 8, so f(x) repeats itself every 8 units.

Using this, you can find that the slope of h(x) at x = 35 is the same as the slope of h(x) at x = 3, which is 4.

The slope of h(x) at x = 35 is 4.

Now I have to find the value of h(x) when x = 35. It is the area under f(x) from 0 to 35.

The area underneath f(x) from 0 to 35 is 7. When x = 35, h(x) = 7.

Now use the point-slope formula to write the equation of the tangent line.

The answer is y - 7 = 4(x - 35)

Peter spent half the money on his gift card and coffee and he loaded another $10 on the gift card how much was on the gift card
cestrela7 [59]

Answer:

$80 was on the gift card to begin with

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the initial money be x

Peter spent (1/2)*x

Peter added 10

Before adding more money on the gift card Peter had x -(1/2)x left on the gift card which is (1/2)x

After loading more money Peter had (1/2)x + 10

(1/2)x = 40 (money spent by Peter)

x/2 = 40

x = 80

PLEASE HALP I GIVE OUT BRAINLIEST
jekas [21]

Since there is two negative signs in the original equation, you need two negative signs in the equivalent one as well.

Because one of the negatives if before the fraction, it doesn't matter if the second negative is on the 13 or on the 12.

The answer is A.
