What forced Russia to discontinue fighting in World War I
den301095 [7]
The answer is C.

The Russian leaders were so clumsy and irresponsible. They poorly trained there troops and supplied so little that it caused the Russian army to become null and inoperative. Russian leaders had poor decision making, thus, destroying the trust of the troops. This led to the desertion of Russian troops and even the assassination of their own leaders. The soldiers even formed little groups that would not anymore follow orders but would decide by their own what to do during the war.

How does section 6 protect free speech?
Basile [38]

Answer:

1)Section 6 also says that Senators and Representatives shall not be questioned in court or by the President for any speech or debate they give or participate in on the floor of the Senate or the House. This assures ample freedom of debate in Congress.

2)To ensure the separation of powers among the legislative, judicial and executive branches of government, Article I, Section 6, prohibits a senator or representative from holding any other federal office during his or her service in Congress.

NEED HELP!!!
prohojiy [21]
The answer should be manufacturing. During the creation of the federal government, one of the key questions to arise was the centralisation and extent of power. This debate was well highlighted in the differing views of Thomas Jefferson, who believed federal government should support an agrarian (farming) economy and give more power to the states, while Alexander Hamilton stood for a federal government supporting industry and banking, as well as being the superior power.
