Explanation:

The Tiananmen Square protests were student-led demonstrations calling for democracy, free speech and a free press in China. They were halted in a bloody crackdown, known as the Tiananmen Square Massacre, by the Chinese government on June 4 and 5, 1989.

Pro-democracy protesters, mostly students, initially marched through Beijing to Tiananmen Square following the death of Hu Yaobang. Hu, a former Communist Party leader, had worked to introduce democratic reform in China. In mourning Hu, the students called for a more open, democratic government. Eventually thousands of people joined the students in Tiananmen Square, with the protest’s numbers increasing to the tens of thousands by mid-May.

mars1129 [50]
Think about what the question is asking in a visual. The bottom of the ladder is 11 feet away from the building. That would be the run of the slope. The top of the ladder is 19 feet above the ground. That would be the rise of the slope.

Slope = \frac{change in y}{change in x} = \frac{rise}{run}

Since the 19 is the rise and the 11 is the run, you can simply just plug in the numbers to find the slope. This would be:

\frac{19}{11}

Therefore, the slope is \frac{19}{11}.

Hope this helps! :)

horsena [70]

People with schizophrenia show neuroplasticity meaning that their brains undergo positive adaptive changes during cognitive training.

What is neuroplasticity?

Neuroplasticity is a broad word that refers to the brain's ability to alter, modify, and adapt its structure and function throughout life and in response to experience.

  • The ability of the brain to alter and adapt as a result of experience is referred to as neuroplasticity.
  • It is also known as brain plasticity. However, when people say the brain has plasticity, they do not mean that the brain is made of plastic.

Plasticity is described as the brain's ability to be "easily affected, trained, or controlled.

  • Neuro refers to neurons, which are the nerve cells that make up the brain and neurological system.
  • Thus, neuroplasticity is the process through which nerve cells alter or adjust.

tia_tia [17]

Answer:Olivia is modeling the aggressive behavior her parents demonstrated to her.

Explanation:

Albert Bandura explains in social learning theory that people learn from one another and via observation, copying, and modeling. This theory explains that  how people learn norms, practicality, and frame of mind to act in a particular situation.

In this case, also Olivia is exhibiting the behavior shown by her parents of punishing her for a mistake. Olivia kicks her puppy as she learns the same attitude from her parents to punish for a mistake.
