There’s 2 types of councilors there is a guidance counselor that keeps track of your classes, talks to your teachers about your grades, etc.. Then there is also a regular counselor that is there to talk about issues in your life, or mental health.

Answer:

False.

Explanation:

The difference between an academic advisor and a counselor is that an academic advisor helps you with school, while a counselor is just there to counsel you with your feelings and all that jazz.

An academic advisor is more for school while a counselor is not.

1. How can I use the Overload Principle (FITT) to improve aerobic fitness?
Arada [10]

Answer:

Explanation:

The overload principle is one of the seven big laws of fitness and training. Simply put, it says that you have to increase the intensity, duration, type, or time of a workout progressively in order to see adaptations. The adaptations are improvements in endurance, strength, or muscle size.

In other words, when a client first starts working out, from having been previously mostly sedentary, they will see some quick gains. But, as they get fitter, you will need to increase the intensity of their training to continue to see those gains. If they continue lifting the same weights for the same number of sets and reps, week after week, the body will have adjusted to the stress, there will be no more adaptations and they will plateau.

zhuklara [117]
Hi there! The answer is False. Once someone is addicted to something, it is very difficult to stop. Drugs and alcohol are very hard to stop, even if you have determination. Alcoholics and drug addict's bodies are used to and crave what they are addicted to. Their cravings and body reacting to the withdrawal of not having the craving satisfied often overwhelmed their sense of judgement or determination. Hope this helps, don't do drugs and have a wonderful day!!
