The start of the rick cycle is the Transition to igneous rock, at which rocks are pushed deep under earths surface with a chance they will turn into magma. If the conditions no longer exists for the magma to stay in its liquid state, it will cool and solidifies into an igneous rock.
When rocks are exposed to high temperatures and pressure can be changed physically or chemically called metamorphic rock.
when rocks are exposed to the atmosphere are variably unstable and subject to the presses of weathering and erosion.weathering and erosion break down the original rock down into smaller fragments and carry away or devolve the material. These fragmented material accumulates and is bared by additional material While an individual grain of sand is still a member of the class of rock it was formed from, a rock made up of such grains fused together is sedimentary.

What is the starchy material inside seeds that provides nutrients for the embryonic plant called?
PilotLPTM [1.2K]

Answer:

Endosperm

Explanation:

  • An endosperm develops in a seed after a process known as double fertilisation occurs in the ovary of a flower whereby one of the sperm nuclei inside a pollen grain reaches the interior of the embryo sac and fuses with the two polar nuclei forming a triploid nucleus which is the primary endosperm.
  • The endosperm supports embryonic growth by supplying nutrients and acting as a mechanical barrier to protect the embryo during seed development and germination.
  • The endosperm has living cells that regulate seed germination.
  • The endosperm is secreted with hydrolysis enzymes through the gibberellin hormone that induces the synthesis of amylase in the aleurone layer.
  • The hydrolysis enzyme catabolizes starch which act as energy source providing carbon and nitrogen for seed germination and seedling development.
