The FitnessGram PACER Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues.

The test is used to measure a student's aerobic capacity as part of the FitnessGram assessment. Students run back and forth as many times as they can, each lap signaled by a beep sound. The test get progressively faster as it continues until the student reaches their max lap score.

_______ describes exercise that does not require oxygen to produce the necessary energy to carry out the activity.
guajiro [1.7K]

Answer: Anaerobic

Anaerobic simply means an absence of oxygen.

During exercise, muscle cells prefer to get energy by using oxygen, but in anaerobic conditions like high-intensity exercise, muscle cells rely on other reactions. It is an activity that causes you to be out of breath, like lifting heavy weight. Anaerobic exercise ’s main role is to build strong muscles.

True [87]

Answer:

D) Do CPR until the medical personell has arrived

Explanation:

It is best to continue life supporting efforts in the off chance that there is something that can be done or that there has been some human error in your assessment.  It is also practical to remove the child from the mother in case there was some harm done to the child. Doing CPR will keep the situation under control rather than telling the mother that the child is dead since you are not a medical doctor and it is not within your limits to do so while help is on the way.
