Area = 3x*8/2
Area = 12x
Perimeter =a+b+c
a= 8
b=x+9
c= 4X-3
Perimeter =(8)+(x+9)+(4x-3)
Perimeter =8+x+9+4X-3
Perimeter =5x+14
Answer: 12x; 5x+14
