Anne- Frank is a girl who hid behind a bookshelf with her family durning the Holocaust . Her family and her were Jews so they were in danger . Along with them lived a doctor and another family . near the end of the book , they catch their family and almost everyone dies . some background information - the Holocaust was a large group of Natzis hunting down Jews . If they found them , they took them to concentration camps and basically made them do child labor . Most died there by getting poisoned in the “showers”.
