As atividades ofertadas em uma academia de ginástica podem ser categorizadas em dois tipos: modalidades de exercícios físicos e

atividades complementares. Diante das várias atividades encontradas, existem aquelas que, de certa maneira, tornaram-se práticas clássicas nas academias, como por exemplo, a musculação, o treinamento funcional e a avaliação física.

Considerando o texto acima e o estudo das modalidades de exercícios físicos na Academia de ginástica, responda as questões abaixo.

1. Os exercícios da musculação envolvem a manipulação de pesos, séries, repetições e pausas. Desta forma, as rotinas de treino na musculação devem ser elaboradas com base em seis princípios: da especificidade, da sobrecarga progressiva, da individualidade, da variabilidade, da manutenção e da reversibilidade. Nesse sentido, descreva sobre cada um desses seis princípios.

2. Nos programas de treinamento funcional, os exercícios procuram envolver o máximo de movimento das várias articulações e a integração entre os grupos musculares de diferentes seguimentos corporais. Nesse contexto, um elemento chave é o Core. Desta forma, descreva o que é o Core, sua importância e quais as suas funções.

3. Com o intuito de oferecer um suporte melhor ao aluno, as academias de ginástica disponibilizam muitas outras atividades, além das práticas físicas, que complementam seus serviços. Um exemplo é a avaliação física, que pode, ou não, conferir um custo adicional ao cliente. Nesse contexto, explique de maneira breve a importância da avaliação física e cite, no mínimo, 4 avalições que devem fazer parte de um protocolo de avaliação.
