I'm sorry, I didn't fully understand your question, but if it is What is the percent of liberal in State B the answer is 60%

x% * 35 = 21

x/100 * 35 = 21

35x/100 = 21

35x = 2100

x = 2100/35

x = 60

or 60 %

Answer:  P(conservative | State A) = 0.6.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

                             State A    State B     State C           Total

Total liberal           16              23             10                  49

Conservative        24              12              15                  51

Total                      40              35             25                 100

We need to find P(conservative | State A).

So, we will use "Conditional probability":

P(conservative\mid State A)=\dfrac{ P(conservative\cap State A)}{P(State\ A)}\\\\ P(conservative\mid State A)=\dfrac{24}{40}\\\\ P(conservative\mid State A)=0.6

Hence, P(conservative | State A) = 0.6.

Consider angle θ in Quadrant ll, where cos θ= -12/13. what's the value of sin θ
IgorLugansk [536]

Answer:

5/13

Step-by-step explanation:

According to SOH CAH TOA

cos theta = adj/hyp = -12/13

Get the opposite using pythagoras  theorem

13^2 = (-12)^2 + opp^2

169 = 144 + opp^2

opp^2 = 169-144

opp^2 = 25

opp = 5

Get sin θ

sin θ = opp/hyp

sin θ = 5/13

hence the value of  sin θ is 5/13
