Explanation:

M1 = 0.5

V1 = 100 ml

M2 = 0.1

V2 =??

M1 * V1 =M2 * V2

0.5 M * 100 ml = 0.1 M *V2

V2 =0.5 M * 100 ml /0.1 M

V2 = 500 ml
