I assume this is the motion of the simple pendulum

T = 2π × \sqrt{\frac{L}{g } }

=> \frac{T1}{T2 } = \sqrt{\frac{g2}{g1} }

Given T1= 3s g1= 9.79 g2= 9.82

=> T2 = 3.00459 s

lesantik [10]

Answer:

Explanation:

It is given that Hair dryer , Toaster and coffeepot are working simultaneously with power 1200 W , 700 W and 800 W respectively.

So the total power of system is P_t=1200+700+800=2700\ W

it is given that they work properly until toast is on.

By switching on the toast, appliance stop working because it may cause the circuit to break to safeguard the circuit.

Circuit breaker frame  are used in home to prevent the short circuit

A billiard ball is moving in the x-direction at 30.0 cm/s and strikes another billiard ball moving in the y-direction at 40.0 cm
PSYCHO15rus [73]

Explanation:

Given that,

Initial speed of the billiard ball 1, u = 30i cm/s

Initial speed of another billiard ball 2, u' = 40j cm/s

After the collision,

Final speed of first ball, v = 50 cm/s

Final speed of second ball, v' = 0 (as it stops)

Let us consider that both balls have same mass i.e. m

Initial kinetic energy of the system is :

K_i=\dfrac{1}{2}mu^2+\dfrac{1}{2}mu'^2\\\\K_i=\dfrac{1}{2}m(u^2+u'^2)\\\\K_i=\dfrac{1}{2}m((30)^2+(40)^2)\\\\K_i=1250m\ J

Final kinetic energy of the system is :

K_f=\dfrac{1}{2}mv^2+\dfrac{1}{2}mv'^2\\\\K_f=\dfrac{1}{2}m(v^2+v'^2)\\\\K_f=\dfrac{1}{2}m((50)^2+(0)^2)\\\\K_f=1250m\ J

The change in kinetic energy of the system is equal to the difference of final and initial kinetic energy as :

\Delta K=K_f-K_i\\\\\Delta K=1250m-1250m\\\\\Delta K=0

So, the change in kinetic energy of the system as a result of the collision is equal to 0.

What is the force when an object exerts 15 pascal pressure on a square surface of side 5 meters
olga55 [171]

Answer:375N

Explanation:

pressure =15 pascal

Length of side =5 m

Area=length x length

Area=5 x 5

Area=25 m^2

Force=pressure x area

Force=15 x 25

Force=375N

How many ounces in a liter
Anarel [89]
One liter is equivalent to around 34 ounces (33.81 more exactly).

Fun fact: there are different ounces. So if you meant the imperial ounce then one liter would be equivalent to 35.2 ounces
