I assume this is the motion of the simple pendulum

T = 2π × \sqrt{\frac{L}{g } }

=> \frac{T1}{T2 } = \sqrt{\frac{g2}{g1} }

Given T1= 3s g1= 9.79 g2= 9.82

=> T2 = 3.00459 s

What is the strength of the electric field inside the membrane just before the action potential?
gtnhenbr [62]

Answer:

Incomplete question, check attachment for the graph needed to solve problem.

A 8.1nm........

Explanation:

Electric Field is given as

E=V/d

Where V is voltage

And d is the distance apart

E is the electric field

The voltage V just before action of potential is -70mV,

The value d=8.1nm

d=8.1×10^-9m

E=V/d

E=-70×10^-3/8.1×10^-9

E=-8.6×10^6 N/C

Then the magnitude of the electric field is 8.6×10^6N/C

What is the force exerted on a charge of 2. 5 µC moving perpendicular through a magnetic field of 3. 0 × 102 T with a velocity o
stira [4]

The force acting on a moving charge is known as the magnetic force. The force acting on the charge will be 3.75 N.

<h3>What is the force exerted on the charge?</h3>

Magnetic fields only exert a force on a moving electric charge. A moving charge generates a magnetic field. With an increase in charge and magnetic field strength, this force rises.

when charges have higher velocities, the force is stronger. However, the magnetic force is always perpendicular to the velocity.

Mathematically the force exerted on the charge will be

F=qvBsinα

F= force acting on the charge

v = velocity of charge

q = charge

F=qvBsinα

F=2.5×10⁻⁶×5.0×10³×3.0×10²

F=37.5 N

Hence The force acting on the charge will be 3.75 N.

To learn more about the force acting on charge refer to ;

F = q V B sinα

Where F is the force applied to a moving charge.

V = charge velocity

q stands for charge.

α = angle between V and B directions

As a result, the moving charge is subjected to a force of 3.75 Newton.

A 65.8-kg person throws a 0.0413 kg snowball forward with a ground speed of 32.5 m/s. A second person, with a mass of 58.7 kg, c
guapka [62]

Answer:

v_{1} = 2.490\,\frac{m}{s}

v_{2} = 0.023\,\frac{m}{s}

Explanation:

The statement is described physically by means of the Principle of Momentum Conservation. Let assume that first person moves in the positive direction:

First Person

(65.8\,kg)\cdot (2.51\,\frac{m}{s}) = (65.8\,kg)\cdot v_{1} + (0.0413\,kg)\cdot (32.5\,\frac{m}{s} )

Second Person

(0.0413\,kg)\cdot (32.5\,\frac{m}{s})+(58.7\,kg)\cdot (0\,\frac{m}{s})=(0.0413\,kg+58.7\,kg)\cdot v_{2}

The final velocities of the two people after the snowball is exchanged is:

v_{1} = 2.490\,\frac{m}{s}

v_{2} = 0.023\,\frac{m}{s}

A 3 Volt battery is connected in series to three resistors: 4,6, and 2. Find the total resistance.
vagabundo [1.1K]

Answer:

The same current flows through each resistor in series. Individual resistors in series do not get the total source voltage, but divide it. The total resistance in a series circuit is equal to the sum of the individual resistances: RN(series)=R1+R2+R3+…
