Which is a disadvantage of using Celsius thermometers?(1 point)
zzz [600]

Answer:

Touch the top of the stove after it has been on and it feels hot. Hold an ice cube in your hand and it feels cold. Why? The particles of matter in a hot object are moving much faster than the particles of matter in a cold object. An object’s kinetic energy is the energy due to motion. The particles of matter that make up the hot stove have a greater amount of kinetic energy than those in the ice cube.

Temperature is a measure of the average kinetic energy of the particles in matter. In everyday usage, temperature indicates a measure of how hot or cold an object is. Temperature is an important parameter in chemistry. When a substance changes from solid to liquid, it is because there was an increase in the temperature of the material. Chemical reactions usually proceed faster if the temperature is increased. Many unstable materials (such as enzymes) will be viable longer at lower temperatures.

iVinArrow [24]

Answer:

There are advantages as well as disadvantages of a partnership.

Explanation:

Advantages (pros): Partnership helps in establishing the organisation and in capital investments. Having two or more heads is better than having one head to look after the organisation. In partnership has an opportunity for dividing the income this results in tax savings.

Disadvantages (Cons): If the partners join or leave the organisation this can be costly and must be bared by you. Liability will be the topmost issue found in partnership, in sharing profits and assets. The owner is responsible to bear all the loss occurred. We should share all the details of the organisation and none of the detail is to be hidden.

Why are most laws based on the wishes of the majority
saw5 [17]

Answer:

Because if let's say there are 20 kids in a class and the teacher tells everyone to choose between 2 options for a school trip, the first is a museum and the second is a park. So the kids vote for the trip and 29 choose the park, but 1 choose the museum. More kids want to go to the park and if the teacher picked the museum because only 1 kid voted for it, it wouldn't be fair. The majority wins over the minority because more people want something than the minority does. Think about what would happen if the minority would win, let's say a minority of people want to ban all puppies. Would that be fair to the majority who love puppies?
