Why does LiCl does not exhibit frenkel defect?
tino4ka555 [31]
Frenkel defect is a defect in crystalline solids in which an atom is displaced from its lattice position to an interstitial space. This creates a vacant space at the original site and an  interstitial defect at the new site within the same element. This defect does not affect the chemical properties of the compound. This defect usually occur in ionic solids with large size difference between the anion and cation.
LiCl does not exhibit Frenkel defect because the size difference between the anion and the cation of the compound is very small.

PLEEASE HELP TIMED WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST TO CORRECT ANSWER NLY PLEASEEEE HELPPPP
Arturiano [62]

Answer:

1) 1.15 mol

2) M=0.45

3) 22.5 mL

4) 6.25 mL

Explanation:

1)

550 mL= 0.55 L

M= mol solute/ L solution

mol solute= M * L solution

mol solute= (2.1 M * 0.55 L )        M=1.15 mol solute

2)

155 mL = 0.155 L

80 g  -> 1 mol NH4NO3

5.61 g -> x

x= (5.61 g * 1 mol NH4NO3)/80 g       x= 0.07 mol NH4NO3

M=(0.07 mol NH4NO3)/0.155 L         M=0.45

3) M1V1=M2V2

V1= M2V2/M1

V1= (0.500 M * 0.225 L)/5.00 M             V1=0.0225 L =22.5 mL

4) M1V1=M2V2

V1= M2V2/M1

V1= (0.25 M * 0.45 L)/ 18.0 M

V1=6.25 x 10^-3 L = 6.25 mL

Lead (II) nitrate reacts with ammonium carbonate to produce ammonium nitrate
vitfil [10]

Pb(NO₃)₂ + (NH₄)₂CO₃ → PbCO₃ + 2 NH₄NO₃

Explanation:

Reaction of lead (II) nitrate with ammonium carbonate will produce lead (II) carbonate and ammonium nitrate.

The balanced chemical equation is:

Pb(NO₃)₂ + (NH₄)₂CO₃ → PbCO₃ + 2 NH₄NO₃

To balance the chemical equation the number of atoms of each element   entering the reaction have to be equal to the number of atoms of each   element leaving the reaction, in order to conserve the mass.

Which pathway is correct? proteins to RNA to DNA, DNA to RNA to proteins , RNA to DNA to proteins or DNA to proteins to RNA
Annette [7]

Answer:

The sequence order should be DNA to RNA to Proteins.

Explanation:

For you to get the RNA sequence, you need to find a match for the DNA sequence. Your RNA sequence should only have either AUCG for your 4 nucleotide bases. Once you have the RNA sequence found by pairing it with the DNA sequence, you would then to do use an RNA codon chart to find the amino acids. These amino acids are basically your proteins.
