work out, eat greens and low calories food, and drink only water.

You would have to work out eat vegetables and meat of course but you cant cut out all sugars and stuff you would have to be reasonable with what you put in your mouth so lets say if you wanted to go back for a second plate drink water instead  (fasting is never an option )
