This writing is too crazy for me to understand, but honestly, I think the line that goes:

Thristle nor thorn do I give,

because even though (I think) they did something bad to the writer, they still decided not to give the person they're writing about a thorned rose like they didn't want the person to accidentally poke themselves from the flower.
