first of all the circumference of the circle is pi* diameter since the circumference of the circle is 43.96 feet and the diameter is 14 feet the equation would look like this   43.96=14*pi,pi=43.96/14,so that means the pi would obviously be 3.14

I´m pretty sure I´m correct.
