If we are to focus exclusively on individual responsibility we might missed the chance of why the effects of individual decision affects one's way in the manner that they do. we have the choice to take responsibility for our well being but socioeconomic factor of the society might not permit it.For example a twin separated at birth, living apart without the knowledge of one another, their development will be different based on their economic state, eating habit and living standard .
