Nevertheless, it is inadequate as the only method to try. Consumption of 4 - 5 smaller meals and snack is, again usefull, but it has to be considered with some other behavioral changes as physical activity. That's why of all the options, "combination of behavioral therapy with dietary and activity changes" becomes the best strategy, because we can admit it includes the previous ones.
