Equation of line is y = mx +b

Passing through (-3,7 )

X= -3, y= 7

plug in these

7 = -3m + b ... .Eq1

Also X = 4 , y= 10

10 = 4m + b ............... Eq 2

Solve Eq 1 and Eq 2 for m and b

m= 3/7

b= 58/7

Thus y =( 3/7) X + 58/7 is equation of line

0r 7y = 3X +58
