It is unethical to mislead other people within an organization under any circumstances.

A company is an organized system where there are policies and procedures that must be complied with by all employees, regardless of hierarchical level.

Ethics is therefore a practice that must be rigorously followed in a trustworthy organization, as it promotes respect, equality, employee appreciation and development, and encourages good practices.

Unethical attitudes such as mislead a person within an organization can jeopardize an individual's safety and reputation, generate conflict, create a negative organizational culture and cause all sorts of unfounded problems.

Therefore, mislead people, in the internal or external environment of an organization, will always be an unethical act that must be fought with the institution of good examples, respect for others and moral and ethical attitudes.
