1. It’s important to vent negative feelings positively because if you don’t it will only cause more problems for you. Example: you are enraged and let your emotions control your actions and end up breaking a personal belonging.

2. You will never learn from your mistakes if you don’t realize that they are mistakes. You should always take responsibility for your faults, and acknowledge you were wrong.
