      These are six effects that may result in people who do not have respect for diversity​:  

- Inefficiency

- Low self-esteem

- Mental Health

- Violence

- Bad image

- Communication

- Diversity​

      This is simply defined as being Variant or diverse. This looks at people of different backgrounds, histories, cultures, and genders, and being able to accept them.

Diversity is a growing debate around the world and we have these as effects that may result in people who do not have respect for diversity​

Inefficiency

For a workplace that don't create a diverse environment, they are likely to be perceived differently by there consumers leading to inefficiency

Low self-esteem

For a person of diverse background to work around people of different races might lead to low self-esteem

Mental Health

The Mental health of a person who is constantly around people of different races is threatened if they are not treated with respect

Violence  

When Gender or Race is not treated with respect it can infuriate the both parties and thereby leading to violence

Bad image

When one does not respect diversity it brings a bad image to the person as people around might question character and values

Communication  

With no respect to a diversity Community might find them self not being able to communicate on pressing issues that require General attention

In conclusion these are six effects that may result in people who do not have respect for diversity​
