It would have 18. Because using logic no one was born with only half of their chromosomes. When you think about it, Plant reproduction is basically like human reproduction. Hope i could help

The first colorimeter (i'm guessing is standard) is less exact then the actual reading, and has a harder time pin-pointing. (it gives a number near the actual temperature, but it is not correct.)

The second colorimeter is exact, and should be 'trusted more in the future', because it gives an accurate reading of the current temperature.

However in this case rubbing induces friction which induces heat. This heat excites the atom to loose electrons creating a negative charge on the silk and a converse positive charge on the pencil.
