Keeping their value in life, children are taught some sorts of games at a very early stage in school. These days’ sports are a part of academic curricula, and

regular physical activity is known to have the following benefits:

Games and sports have been shown to have positive effects upon learning, increased attentiveness in class and better grades. There is a strong correlation between high physical fitness scores and high academic scores. So, do not hesitate in getting involved in games and sports. Therefore all students must participate in games and sports for physical, mental and emotional well-being.
