Can teachers see what time you submit an assignment on canvas? For debate class we're writing about why we shouldn't have homewo

rk, and to drive my point I want to submit the assignment really late so it shows how it can cause students to lose sleep, but I don't want to mention it in the assignment only for the time to not show up on canvas.
