Narrative tends to be more of a story and persuasive is trying to get the reader to think a certain way or do a different thing
in third person omniscient narration the narrator has a gods eye view of the story and is privy to all characters thoughts as well as knowledge of the past and future. Then there's third person limited when the narrators innately tied to it then that's how you will know.
The Petrarchan sonnet divides the 14 lines into two sections which are an eight-line stanza (octave) rhyming ABBAABBA, and a six-line stanza (sestet) rhyming CDCDCD or CDECDE.
A simile is used comparing a character to bamboo before it bursts into a flame.
