Meredith wants to keep using her maiden name after she and larry get married. larry takes exception to it and tells her that the

If Meredith decides on taking Larry to the court over the issue, the case will not be considered invalid or the rights that Meredith want to uphold will be taken for granted as their is no law or rule that she can;t have her maiden name used after getting married, so by this, she could still use her maiden name after the court procedures.
