Describe what effect did the cotton gin have on the south economy
VARVARA [1.3K]

It is very simple, really.  When the cotton gin was created, the Southern planters were able to plant more crops because it took less time to seperate the seeds from the plant.  Unfortunatly, this led to an increase in the buying of slaves to farm the land.  Plz mark brainliest.

Pachacha [2.7K]
The Monroe doctrine was manifested through the idea that no foreign powers from Europe should invade any American Countries, which was seen when the US supported any colony that wanted to free itself from its colonizer. Imperialism was important because countries started spreading and colonizing Africa and Asia and the US even participated with its Manifest Destiny and the Philippine campaign.
