I think the answer is "Determine the shaded area for each line", because this is an example of an equation not an inequality. You can tell this is an equation because of the equal sign.
Inequalities are the problems in which you have to worry about shading, not equations. Inequalities can be identified by having either a greater than sign, a less than sign, a greater than-or-equal-to sign, or a less than-or-equal-to sign.
