27^{\frac{2}{3}} / 3^{2}\\= {\sqrt[3]{27}}^2 / 3^2\\= 3^2 / 3^2\\= 1

3:

64^{\frac{1}{2}} / 4^2\\= 8 / 16\\= 1/2
