Art [367]

The Spanish surrendered the city–and thus Cuba–to the Americans. In Puerto Rico, Spanish forces likewise crumbled in the face of superior U.S. forces, and on August 12 an armistice was signed between Spain and the United States, ending the brief and one-sided conflict. On December 10, the Treaty of Paris officially ended the Spanish-American War.

Using the above document, develop a question for research that integrates quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. Once
mars1129 [50]

The question for research would be: “How can the relationship between the USA and Ireland be affected by the number of Irish immigrants from one family coming to the United States of America during the time of industrialization (19th century)?”

The way I plan to integrate quantitative analysis (It’s evident when I talk about the number of immigrants) into qualitative analysis (we can see it when I talk about how the relation can be affected) is by analyzing the reasons behind how frequent this family get in the USA in such a time in history for the USA. And also, the research can tell us if it brings benefits or not to the country’s economy.

My answer would be: The number of immigrants coming to the USA during the (19th century) can be due to industrialization time. It means that immigrants are looking for job opportunities and better lives.
