According to the United States Constitution, the <em>Federal government </em>of the country is divided into three distinct arm which are the Legislative, Executive and the Judiciary arm of government.

  • The primary responsibilities of  Legislative arm of government is to creates and passes law/bills.
  • The primary responsibilities of Executive arm of government is to enforces the law created by the Legislative arm.
  • The primary responsibilities Judiciary arm of government is to interpret and apply laws to specific cases.
