Answer:

=0.3024dm³

Explanation:

moles of Calcium that reacted = mass of calcium÷ Molar mass

                                                  = 0.54/40

                                                  = 0.0135mol

From the equation, calcium and hydrogen gas are in a ratio of 1:1 hence, the amount of hydrogen formed is 0.0135mol

Volume= amount of substance × Molar volume of a gas

            = 0.0135mol ×22.4dm³

            =0.3024dm³

A rock falls off a cliff and hits the ground after three seconds. What is its velocity right before it hits the ground?
Amiraneli [1.4K]
To solve this kinematics formula use the following equation:

Vf = Vi + at
Vf = 0 + (9.81 m/s^2)(3 seconds)
Vf = 29.43 m/s and or about 29.4 m/s of reported to 3 significant figures.
