1) they are always confident and they laugh a lot and hangout with friends a lot mostly the popular people. They aren’t scared to walk up to someone and embarrass themselves

2) people with self low esteem would usually hind in there room and talk badly about themselves. They would also try covering up and eating less because there insecure and thing there “ugly” everyone beautiful btw.

3) self esteem come from your peer if people constantly tell you positive thing your self esteem will rise but if people keep telling you negative people hung then you’ll have a low self esteem.

4) take care of you self such as hygiene and skin care and getting ready even when you not going anywhere. Also say nice thing to people such as you look pretty today or ur hair pretty. Also stating at the mirror and do model walks or tell yourself positive things will boost self esteem
