The answers are as follows:
1. The cell theory is the explanation about cells which all scientists all over the world as accepted as been correct. The theory gives explanation about the relationship between the cells and the living organisms. The theory has three main aspects, which are as follows:
1. All living organisms are made up of cells, the cell may be unicellular or multi cellular.
2. The cell is the basic unit of life for all living things.
3. New cells usually come from the cells which are already existing.

2. Living cells usually control the size of their cells; when the cells reach their maximum size, they typically divide into two in order to remain within the required cell size. For all living things, the surface area to volume ratio get smaller as the cell size increases. This is not beneficial to the cells because, this will limit the amount of needed nutrients and substances which can cross the membrane into the inside of the cells and this could lead to the death of the cell. In order to prevent this, the cell maintain the required cells size by dividing when necessary.
