Given:
Age = 18 years old
weight = 250 pounds
height = 72 inches

BMI = [Weight(lbs) ÷ Height(in)²]  x 703
BMI = [250 lbs / (72in)²] x 703
BMI = [250 lbs / 5184 in²]   x 703
BMI = 0.048 x 703
BMI = 33.90

Seth is Obese. His BMI is 33.90 which is under the Obese category wherein 30 is the minimum number.

Answer:

Target Heart Rate

Explanation:

Target heart rate is generally expressed as a percentage (usually between 50 percent and 85 percent) of your maximum safe heart rate. The maximum rate is based on your age, as subtracted from 220. So for a 50-year-old, maximum heart rate is 220 minus 50, or 170 beats per minute.
