height = 72 inches

BMI = [Weight(lbs) ÷ Height(in)²]  x 703
BMI = [250 lbs / (72in)²] x 703
BMI = [250 lbs / 5184 in²]   x 703
BMI = 0.048 x 703 
BMI = 33.90

Seth is Obese. His BMI is 33.90 which is under the Obese category wherein 30 is the minimum number.
